Carrie Dahle

Carrie Dahle

Principal Broker

How many of us can say we went to the same high school as our grandmother? Well that’s how deep Carrie’s Ashland roots are. She’s a third generation Ashlander, worked at The Sweet Shoppe downtown and even married her high school sweetheart. Of course, like so many kids who grow up in Ashland, Carrie left the valley to explore new places before realizing just how incredible life is in Southern Oregon. After landing in Hawaii, she got her first taste for real estate as an assistant to a successful broker. She also found her way to Arizona and Nevada where she started a family and worked as a Realtor and travel writer. Her love of travel has taken her to Mexico, Europe and beyond. But Ashland kept calling and now she lives just above the library that she used to visit as a kid. It has rekindled her love of real estate as she gets to help her clients realize their own Southern Oregon dreams. With an eye for design and a history of creating beautiful homes, Carrie helps her clients prepare their homes for sale and also allows her buyers to see potential when searching. Her writing and social media background create a marketing platform that is a unique combination of grace and fun. With this skill set, we think she just might become the Joanna Gaines or Rachel Hollis of Southern Oregon Real Estate! When not working for her clients, Carrie can be found hiking and running on the trails above Ashland or working in her garden, tending to those roots and her love of the Rogue Valley.
