Starting with his first job washing dishes at age 12, it was clear that Hunter had a work-ethic unlike most folks. It’s hardwired in him and has fueled his entrepreneurial spirit throughout his career. It’s not surprising since hardwork runs in his family with his dad being a commercial fisherman and contractor and his grandfather who was a highly successful commercial real estate broker. Hunter’s drive has led him to pursue a variety of ventures, which even included joining a band as a rapper/singer/songwriter while working in restaurants to make ends meet. He even fulfilled a childhood dream and started his own restaurant, further honing his knack for customer service. Always up for new challenges, Hunter saw an opportunity in the developing cannabis industry and became an expert consultant in organic agriculture and farm development. Having developed 15 farm sites in CA and OR, Hunter has extensive knowledge in rural land development, including zoning, environmental regulations, water rights and land use matters. Hunter put these skills to use in developing his own 128 acre off-grid property with a six mile long driveway. Just thinking about it makes us exhausted but it shows how hard Hunter is willing to work. He brings this same work ethic to his real estate practice and loves that real estate blends his affinity for working with people with his vast knowledge of land use and development. Aside from his passion for real estate, Hunter loves the theater and the outdoors, enjoying Mt Ashland on his snowboard, mountain biking the local trail and hiking with his family. Not surprisingly, he does it all with a smile and a get it done spirit that has been driving him since middle school.
