Born in Texas and raised in a variety of places—including the Netherlands, New York City, Santa Barbara, and Sonoma County—she developed an ability to connect with people from many backgrounds. Jessica identifies strongly with these well-rounded roots. She speaks Spanish and grew up in diverse communities, which shaped her communication style and understanding of client needs.
Jessica’s professional path reflects discipline, adaptability, curiosity, and a strong service mindset. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked as a surgical assistant and fitness trainer and later founded Ganas Community Space in Garberville, California. As an entrepreneur, she created a collaborative space where independent professionals could offer services while building stronger community connections. That experience deepened her commitment to helping people achieve their goals and supporting others through meaningful transitions.
Today Jessica works as a service-oriented Realtor in the Rogue Valley, specializing in buyer representation, listing services, and strategic real estate negotiation. Known for her strong negotiation skills, client advocacy, and attention to detail, she helps buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence. Clients appreciate her high level of client care, responsive communication, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome in every transaction.
Jessica also brings valuable rural property and land experience. After living off-grid for years on 120 acres in Northern California, she understands the unique considerations that come with rural living, acreage, land purchases, wells, septic systems, and homestead-style properties. This firsthand knowledge allows her to guide buyers and sellers interested in buying or selling Rogue Valley land, lifestyle properties, and rural real estate.
Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys, singing, fishing, tending to her chickens and garden, spending time with her family and two dogs, and enjoying the great local restaurants and shows around town.
